Stress Management Training - Geelong
Stress Management Training, Geelong
Course Outline
Opening Reflection
If I said the most successful people I have coached all around Australia aren't the ones that never feel any stress, but rather the ones who have discovered how to work with stress instead of against it? Ever wonder why certain co workers are calm in chaos and others whimper in the face of the same pressure?
After working with hundreds of professionals, from Melbourne all the way to Perth, I've realised something magnificent: stress management doesn't mean removing pressure from your world, it means learning how to 'drive' it like a boss!
Course Overview
This challenging training is for those ready to radically improve their relationship with work stress. Instead of temporary band aids and instant relief, we teach you long lasting words of wisdom that will guide you through your entire career.
It features stress management techniques that are evidence based and immediately applicable to busy people. With interactive workshops, small group discussions and exercises for individual reflection, participants will create a full suite of tools for managing stress in their particular workplace and with their personal stress triggers.
From the mining fields of Western Australia to the corporate bowels of Sydney we acknowledge the reality of today's Aussie work zones and that strategies to manage stress must be real world, nuts & bolts, and effective in highly stressful environments.

Summary
Ever noticed how the most successful leaders you know appear to have an uncanny ability to get calm and poised when everything around them is falling apart? This program will reveal to you that this isn't something they were born with, it's a skill set that they've developed.
You're not leaving this training with just technique, you're leaving with a core shift in the way you experience and handle pressure. Instead of seeing stress as something that happens to you, you'll recognise it as something you can shape and control.
"That's when those shifts really start to happen because you start to understand that dealing with stress isn't about having a perfect life free from pressure – it's about having to confidence to face whatever life throws at you and know that you can in fact handle it. This is what distinguishes top performers from everyone else: not simply the absence of stress, but the presence of optimal strategies to deal with it.
Your co workers will know. Your family will know the difference. Not the least of which is that you will once more know the sensation of being in command of your professional life rather than in a relentless battle with it.
